Portion of rice noodles (Angel Hair, Pad Thai) cover with boiling water, allow to stand for 4 - 5 mins drain and stir in some Pesto sauce, sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top and your ready to go. Hi Jen, Since I don't use any mixes of any kind, I can't comment on your 'Bit of a Disaster'. . I would imagine you can't just add soda and buttermilk to a standard bread mix and hope for a soda bread cake ?. .
