    When I was little my mom would make me eat stewed prunes (ick) I would be so constipated that I would go days without going. I did not like to go because it hurt so bad that I refused to go.     You have to watch out for the regular Vann waffles that are right next to them. I picked up the Blueberry waffles, I had been looking at the gluten-free ones when I picked the BB ones up and took them home started to eat them when I looked at the box after the second day of eating them and say no Gluten free no Wheat free.     Yes I have cheated more than I care to admit. It is really hard for me, because I am the only one in my house that admitts that there is a problem.
