    OK thanks I was just wondering, I only get that way after eating any cereal with Milk, I don't think that I had the same reaction with Soy Milk, I did kinda like the Soy milk.     Hello all I think that I am slowly coming to the relization that I just might be lactose intolerant. Today after I ate my ceral it was gluten-free maple buckwheat flaks I had 2% milk with it.
