My cat eats Science Direct hard food and Friskas soft food (there are a few that don't have wheat). I don't want to contaminate myself since I wash out my cats dish in my sink. -

I usually eat leftovers from supper the night before for lunch and I'll eat them hot or cold. If you are going to eat them cold just put them in a small/large cooler with ice. Works great for me -

ARCHIVED How Much Blood?
Carriefaith replied to justme's topic in Celiac Disease Pre-Diagnosis, Testing & Symptoms
The procedure is very quick, they may only take one vial. Just look away or close your eyes until they put the band-aid on. -
You should be fine with plates, silverware, and stainless steal pots, just make sure that they are washed well and wash them twice if needed! I would stay away from baking pans or those teflon non stick frying pans since gluten could remain in the cracks and is hard to remove sometimes.

You should go to your doctor for sure. Maybe you have an allergy? Those symptoms are similar to my food allergy symptoms. I get heart palpitations, heart pain, fast heart rate, trouble breathing, a feeling like my throat will close over, and hives or a rash. -

Carriefaith replied to dahams04's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
I think I will be getting one since I have food allergies and I will put celiac disease on the bracelet as well. -
I have been making my own. It only takes 30 minutes. Take 2 potatoes or sweet potatoes and cut them into french fry size, then coat a baking pan with oil, place the fries on the oil, then spinkle your favorite spices on top. I use Mrs. Dash Original. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400-450 and they should be done.
