  1. I only eat the ones with the cheetah on the box because I think the others may have dairy or possible traces of dairy. I don't think I've ever had a reaction to the cheetah ones and I am very sensitive.
  2. I just got an e-mail from ConAgra Foods Canada Inc. yesterday, and they said that all of their VH sauces are gluten free except the teriyaki. Some people just don't understand and they probably never will. Many people need to experience the situation themselves until they will understand. If you decide to eat 100...
  7. I thought that at first too, but I think that it's just the Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce that contains gluten. I think that the sentance is just confusing, they should have started a new sentance. I've had the hunt's tomatoe sauce recently and didn't notice a reaction.

  12. I wanted to know what other VH sauces were gluten-free so I emailed VH about an hour ago and this was their response. Very quick! My e-mail: I have celiac disease and a wheat allergy and I can get severe reactions from very small amounts of gluten (wheat, barley, rye, or oats) and wheat . I have used your VH soy sauces with no problems, but I was wondering...
  13. Thanks! That's great! I should have thought about VH, I guess I forgot that they made a plum sauce.
  14. Does anyone know of a safe plum sauce? I know that the Thai Kitchen's plum sauce is gluten and dairy free, but I would have to order it online. I would rather just buy a sauce at the grocery store if there was a safe brand there.

  17. The forms of gravol that I listed don't appear to have gluten or lactose. So I think that they should be safe. On the website that I provided, you can look at the ingredients for each drug at the bottom of each page in the availability and storage section. Usually they will say if the medication is gluten-free.
  18. I got one blood test, that tested for allergies to about 30 different foods. I don't remember the name of it though. Hopefully your doctor will know which one it is. I think that you can also get a test for food intolerances.
