    It wouldn't surprise me at all if when you went to the followup appointment your doctor tells you to keep on gluten and come back in a year and see if those villi are gone yet. Many doctors do not want to diagnose us till we are in the end stages of the disease (total villi destruction). If the diet is helping that is diagnostic.

    I started to take it because it is good for energy as it is high in B vitamins. It also contains a lot of other nutrients, but I can't find the paper that comes with it so I can't say for sure what. I found it not only increased my energy levels but also my appetite.     Thank you for sharing the link. She is very loved and it sounds like things are going as well as they can.     I agree, perhaps they don't think it as much of an issue because they actually look for and find us before all the nasty effects occur. I really wish the US would wise up, maybe then we wouldn't be one of the unhealthiest populations in the industrialized world.

    Just a word of caution, I contacted them about Hope in a Jar and When Hope is Not Enough. I was told that both were safe, not the case. Hope in a Jar was but the other wasn't.     Before going with a digestive enzyme have you eliminated dairy? All dairy including casien? Many lactose free products will still have casien. That is a common cause of bloating and gas.     I do feed the outside birds but am very careful with the seed. Unfortunately I did end up having to find a home for my inside bird. I tried for a couple of years but the constant CC was just too much for me.
