    I was looking around some more on the La Leche League website, and they have a fantastic message forum! Wish it had been there when my kids were babies. Anyhow, click Open Original Shared Link if you want to check them out.

    According to the La Leche League, it may take 10 days for an allergen to clear from the baby's system. I know that's not exactly what you asked, but if you click Open Original Shared Link you can read some articles on their website about allergens in breast milk. They have tons of good info, and you may be able to find more than I did in my quick look.

    Good choice- Pamela's makes really good products.What you might want to do is talk to the person who's going to decorate it for and come up with the design. That way you'll know what colors and things you'll need- then you can check brands for the gluten status of the things you'll need. Sounds like it'll be a great party! The Outer Banks are the final resting place of more shipwrecks than anywhere else in the world. I have a map of them around here somewhere, probably still packed in a box, and it's amazing! There's so many shipwrecks off...

    "No gluten, dairy, soy or corn ingredients" is probably your safest bet if you can't consult an attorney at this time. I also think wording it that way is clearer than the "Made without..." option.

    Emotionally, better than I had expected to be at this point... makes me feel even more sure that the Prozac was NOT doing its job, and was instead making things worse. Physically... not great, but definitely not terrible. Still having the electric-shock-tingles, pounding heartbeat, and dizziness- all of which leads to nausea. But thank God, it's not...

    I think so... arms are still pretty bad, but my legs definitely seem to be getting better. It did jump the bridge of me nose and is trying to get going on the other side. Every time I glance in the mirror, I say, "Nuh-uh! Stop that!"

    I've been low on proteins for a long time, myself, and I would also find it VERY hard to squeeze in 90 grams. I might try some of these suggestions too... Thanks for starting the topic, Homesteader!

    Thanks for the link, Sherry! I have read that the protocol study forum tends to ban people who criticize or challenge the protocol. That bothered me for obvious reasons. Then there's an active, thriving Sarc forum who takes the opposite view-- they're so against the Marshall protocol that the admins delete any posts even mentioning it! That bothers me, too...

    Btw, ya'll, my rash is entering new levels of weirdness. The areas that it began seem to be fading now... but it keeps spreading to new areas of itchiness. It's all over my legs, arms, and shoulder blades. My eye looks completely Frankensteiny- looks like I rubbed a fistful of Poison Sumac in it or something- but it itches less. I've been staying in the house...

    It's definitely not Ritalin, I remember that she told me that. I just can't remember what it is. Ritalin's been horribly overused in our area, and there's finally beginning to be a backlash where no one wants to use it... slowly but surely.     While I can't really comment on the alternative treatment, the attitude part is interesting. It's such a narrow line to walk. Nobody wants to be living in fear of food.     I don't like this either. She told me that his med is one that only stays in the system 24 hours... The problem is, well, they say that about Effexor, too. And am I not living proof of the problems going off a med like that can cause? I need to find out the name of this med, and what his dx was exactly.
