    I'm not sure why the tTG would have gone up, but one month is awfully early to retest. Most don't retest until 6 months or a year. We retested at a 6 months. Don't be discouraged, keep at it. I would double check all her medications/vitamins/shampoo/soap/etc. You might want to consider going dairy free on a trial basis to see if it helps. At a minimum...

    I've got a similar story . . . All meals that I cook are gluten-free. The only gluten items are bread/buns, cereal, and a few snacks. There is a designated counter for gluten items. All other areas are gluten free. My son and daughter used to sit next to each other at the table. They now sit at opposite ends, just to put distance between her gluten...

    Marcel??? I know I didn't care for him . . . but I do know that how they edit their show is key to how the audience feels about a certain competitor. I would love for them to do some sort of gluten free or top 8 allergen free sort of thing, however, it would probably be a lot easier for them just because they are usually starting with pure ingredients...

    Here is a list of mainstream companies that list the gluten in their products, therefore, if it doesn't actually call out wheat, rye, barley or oats, then vague terms like "natural flavoring" are OK for these companies . . .
