  2. Douchebag is such a great word!! When my dd was 4, we had just returned home from dinner with my potty-mouthed father. She walked in the house, accidently dropped her bag down the stairs and I heard "sh*t" My husband froze at the sink.   5. I tried this. The gal hemmed and hawed about it, finally said ok, but was very leery of doing it. They weren't busy at the time, so it wasn't a big deal. Basically she told me she'd do it this once, but it probably wouldn't be a normal occurance-she was super nice about it though.   6. personal preference, I guess. I never let my kids touch it, or I buy the gluten-free kind our preschool buys. It can get under their nails, suck on the floor, residue on the counter, the list goes on. There's a recipe on here somewhere for gluten-free play-doh, if you google it.

  17. How do you tell when it's ready to be picked. Mine is going crazy but I haven't picked any yet. Some of the older ones have lost their pale stripes and are now a solid color whereas the smaller/newer ones still have light green stripes.   23. I've never used that particular mix, but I looked at the ingredients of the Better Batter as well as the recipe and I wouldn't do anything different. Sometimes overmixing gluten-free batters make them incredibly dense.
