    You're right about the selection of products. I shop Vitamin Cottage in Monument and just saw the graham crackers last week. I believe they had butter in them, so I cannot eat them without discomfort. Vitamin Cottage seems to have much lower prices on gluten free foods than Whole Foods and Wild Oats.

    My blood tests came back negative for H.Pylori and Celiac........but.......I did not know I wasn't supposed to stop gluten before having the tests done, until 1 day before the test. So, that may have altered the results. I've been well since staying gluten free. There's no way that I ever want to introduce gluten into my diet again to have additional tests...

    I like their Italian flavored croutons and their apple pie. There's a little too much cinnamon in their apple pie, but it is so delicious I will always purchase it. Their graham crackers look good, but they have dairy in them,so I have to pass on them.

    Great information. Wal-Mart's Great Value corn chips taste pretty good and are clearly marked gluten free. I have noticed that some WM's do not carry their own brand of corn chips for some reason,so they may not be available at your local store.

    Gastroenterology Associates in Colorado Springs has 6 or 7 doctors on their staff. I'm retired and travel the U.S. in a motor home.....became very ill while in Arizona for the winter.     I've been lactose intolerant for 30 years, and the past 3 months have been very ill. I am still waiting for gluten intolerance tests to be returned. I do not have insurance, and waited until I was in so much pain that I had to go to the emergency room. No diagnosis was made, and I was referred to a gastroenterologist.     I've had lactose intolerance for 32 years, and also have just been diagnosed with celiac...have a lot to learn. Slim Fast has a new easy to digest product available that is lactose and gluten free. It doesn't seem to have soy in it, for those who might find soy a problem. Pacific Foods has a lactose/gluten free beverage that also does not have soy in it...
