  1. Brain, It's neat that we have the same bday, and have some not run of the mill interests in common. Collete and Brain, you both sound like you'll make fabulous healers. My path has taking me in different directions, but healing will always be at the core of it. Just not sure how it will manifest yet. I'm so excited to meet fellow dreamers. Hardly...

  3. Hi, I have been investigated this thouroughly. I have a wheat allergy. So don't know if the blood work would work for me since I consume lower amounts of gluten normally. I googled enterolab and searched on here. Yes, people have come up gluten ok on the tests. Not many, but most people looking have a large reason to suspect they have it to begin with...
  4. oops. something went wrong on my reply. anyways.... Squeak, I know what you mean about not wanting to eat wheat for 6 weeks. I KNOW I have a wheat allergy. I have been dealing with it for 5 years now. I don't think my blood test my show any high marks cause of it, although I did continue eating gluten. So to answer your question, yes, the low carb...
  5. I am still trying to figure it all out to. I know my digestion is stabili
  6. hey Brian, I was interested in the LBL readings you mentioned. That sounds interesting. I have read Micheal Newton's book too-twice in fact. But I didn't know anyone did specific readings for that. Then again I live in the rural countryside, so sometimes we hear things last. You said they won't give readings to people under 30? Interesting. An advantage...
  7. Hi. I am taking a nutrition class at college. I have to do a diet analysis on a computer celiac disease. It is called Diet Analysis Plus 8.0.1. It is great. I have been blaming my constipation on not enough fiber or water. This shows me I am getting MORE than enough fiber and water in my diet. HMM. It is great for seeing exactly what nutrients I...
  8. Hi. the fertility cycle watching worked for me for 18 months. We used condomns when I was fertile or abstained. One month I was around 3 menestrating women for the weekend. My period came early. During the following month I abstained from sex during fertile time. It didn't work. My timing somehow got off. My son just turned 10 Love him so. Never...
  9. I have had anxiety for years. Alot of times it involves having to go to the bathroom. I know some of it is from being a mom and some is from a terrible tragedy my family endured. But a lot of it was just crazy. I became afraid to take any tinctures, pills, supplements, etc. I knew some weren't good, so I stayed away from them. I was afraid. My immune...
  10. HI. i am new here too. DQ2 is a gene of gluten intolerance. Whether it has developed into it depends if it has been triggered. You haven't mentioned what kind of symptoms you are having. From what I understand the diet takes time. I have been gluten lite for years- controlling a rash on hands by not eating wheat. My doctor even brought up celiac disease...
  11. Yea. know what you mean. But as I said with reiki...the energy cleans up, but without fixing the underlying problem, the energy goes out of wack again. I'm trying to heal the my own wounds 1st Reiki attunement- Jan. 1997- WOW just realized 11 years ago.weird how time goes by 2nd Reiki attunement- march 1998 3rd and teacher attunement-april 2000...
  12. hi, Hope you are doing well. Depending on your issues would influence what I would recommend. I have had success with many alternative treatments. It was a chiropracter in 1995 who told me to stop eating wheat. He was right. He told me it was connected to my intense shoulder pain. I thought it was out of place. He was right. But I was a dodo bird...
  13. Thanks. I have stopped eating spelt too. I only just gave it up 9 days ago. So I am thinking I could still get the blood work. I am just being a baby about the needle, have had shots, blood work before. Just wondering the benefits of having this on my medical records. I have independent health insurance and if for some reason if gets dropped, I would...
  14. Thank you for replying. My arm hurts thinking about a needle(probably from bad bone scan shot at 15 and then hoping and praying not cancer) I am thinking about the stool tests. Also dna. Just worried about false positive on blood work. How fast does the antibodies start to drop in someone's blood after they stop eating gluten I wonder?
  15. hi. I put up a large post with my medical history in the prediagnosis topics. I am a poster child of symptoms since 10- joint pain, dislocated joints due to muscles, diarhea, vomiting, constipation, rashes, anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc. I am 32 now. Luckily they having all happened at the same time, but rotated. I self diagnosed years after doctor...
  16. I've been gluten lite for years, but battled with maintaining my weight, even while exercising and watching what I ate. I would go from hungry to starving about to pass out in a second. I have only been off gluten for just over a week, but have lost 2 pounds without trying and all. I am still eating lots of potatoes too. The way I feel has changed too...
  17. Hi. I am new here. I can't believe everything I am learning. I feel dumb that I didn't put this all together, but I have tried. I feel so sorry for the girl/ woman I have been on gluten. Here's some of my gross and itchy story. Lifelong TMJ, dislocated hip for as long as I could remember til seeing chiropracter at 19. At 10 I developed arthritis in my...
