  18. The analogy of celiacs and diabetics isn't a great one, because modern medicine does allow them to cheat on their diets and get a away with it--insulin. Before insulin many died when they did this. It is fair for diabetics who want to eat sugar and take more insulin to be able to do so, that is their choice.
