    I can't say you're wrong. Beans make me much sicker, much faster, than wheat. Maybe like the big bear said, it's all lectins. We've just got a lot of genetic research on gliadin.     This is my experience. I craved sweets until I stopped ingesting them. But that should be no surprise. Every addictive substance is the cause of its own craving.
