I could be totally off in left field or could of missed something but have you thought about maybe dairy is giving you a problem. Chrissyb replied to Chrissyb's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
If soy is starting to bother me I think I will just give up eating. I don't have the energy to read labels for one more thing I really don't. -
Maybe somebody can help me figure this out. My stomach was just fine before I had lunch, then I ate a half an avocado and some plain tuna the was packed in water. Almost right away my stomach started to burn. I took a probotic but it still feels like it is on fire and that was 2 1/2 hours ago. I have never had a problem with either of those two foods...

I just tried the frozen pie crust from Whole Foods and loved thems, so did my family. Chrissyb replied to leadmeastray88's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
My gut is very sensative about coffee. Since going gluten free, well even before if I was listening to it I could not drink Starbucks and since going dairy free I gave it a try with soy, even decafe and that didn't help for me. I know that everybody is different and many many people don't have a problem with Starbuck so what we can't drink they will make... -

Chrissyb replied to Nancy H's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
With all the damage it can cause silent or not I would never take the change. As far as communion goes, that is the only gluten I have and our church only takes it once a week. I was just wondering what the difference is in using the two. I have only uses sorgham flour just recently in a bundt cake, it was mixed with rice flour, tap, flour and potatoe starch. The cake turned out wonderful. I have never tried it in anything else but would like to. Does anybody use it instead of rice flour or with rice flour or does it depend on...
