    Reminds me of my MIL...instead of saying "I made this really good _________, but I know you can't eat it!", it's "This is really good, but I know you WON"T eat it." She thinks I do it to get attention or to get people to feel sorry for me. She never will use the word "CAN'T"

    This is awesome news!!! We go to Bloomington 3-4 times a month! WHERE exactly in B-town is Lenny's located? I have got to check it out!!! The only places I have found gluten-free pizza to date are in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Cool Springs, Tennessee! Thanks for posting this!

    One of my husband's co-workers gave him 2 zucchinis and I was just going to substitute the flour with Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose. BUT, I found this recipe and it is true!!! This bread is awesome!!! Better than gluten version, IMHO. My husband loves it and so do I. I am limiting myself to no more than one piece a day. It does not have the gritty taste...

    For anyone who doesn't know this: Just found out after a live chat that the old site is totally gone, no longer accessible. However, if you do prefer paying by check (as I do), you can total up your cart and print it out and then send it with your check. They will still accept that form of payment.     I found out the hard way at a Mexican restaurant that even though the chips are corn, they are fried in a a fryer with all the breaded items....so, watch your back!!!!

    It's ok to throw yourself a pity party once in awhile. Usually, I am fine with being gluten-free, but there are times when I tear up when I'm very hungry or tired and away from home and can find nothing to eat. My stepson is getting married in November and his fiancee sent me the delicious flavors of cake that will be at the reception, but none for me....

    My periods were very erratic, sometimes skipping as much as 3 months. When I did have them, they were accompanied by severe cramps. After going completely gluten-free, my periods are very regular and the cramps are not nearly as severe.
