    The restaurant where I live is not called Hibachi, but it is the same type of restaurant. When we went there they were able to accomodate my daughter.     You may want to check out Angel Food Ministries. They have an allergen free box that usually contains chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, etc. that are gluten free. I have purchased this a couple of times and it is more economical. You can order online. You have to pick it up on a specific date and their website gives all the details and pickup locations...

    This morning I was in a rush and forgot I would be getting home late. I knew I would not feel like cooking once I got home so I decided to experiment in the crock pot. I put in about a pound and half of lean ground beef, a finely chopped onion, mushrooms, and a jar of Bertoli Alfredo Sauce. I served it over rice and it was really yummy!!!

    I find tahini in the Middle Eastern foods section of my supermarket. In a pinch I have have used creamy peanut butter as a sub and it has worked nicely. Not exactly the same flavor, but a good alternative if there is no tahini available.     Do you have a local library? I was able to find several books including Dr. Green's my local library and the best thing is the library is free. I can tell how prevalent gluten intolerance is becoming because for some of the books I had to go on the waiting list, but I did get to check each of them out eventually.
