If you are planning on having your adrenals checked I suggest going through the Canary Club for there test. Mainstream doctors just don't get the full adrenal test...This one checks four times am, noon, pm, night... I'm not sure but I don't think insurance will pay for it... Thyroid is aother problem as again maiinstream doctors... -
I I eat many kinds of nuts but cashews just make me sick, upset stomach, headache, itchy skin.. I just assumed I have an allergy to cashews.. The ones I ate were organic & no shared equipment.. So maybe it is just cashews in general....I also have to limit my pistachio's for the same reason...

Auzzi You are correct Lead is worldwide... But for me I do an extensive screening yearly for lead,mercury & so on.The only thingI changed in my living habits was the flour ........And I did mention that I hear products from Thailand are safe but I choose to not use these as well... Things coming from China (toys, food) are not... -

I was totally dumb-founded when doc told me I had high lead levels...but I'm so glad this doc loves to run lots of blood work... I agree way better flour available... -

When I first went gluten-free years ago, I purchased flour from the oriental market. Used it for about a year.Went for my yearly check-upwith tons of bloodwork. Came back I had high levels of lead... which I didn't have the year prior. Doctor questioned me & I told him what I was using. He stopped me & said rice flour & such... -

Oh you are not rude but some of the doritos are gluten-free: some are not. they all are clearly labeled on each flavor!!! Same with many potato chips ...everyone needs to become a label reader.... -

Stress can present all kinds of issues...As I'm sure you already know when one gets an autoimmune disorder then others can crop up... Have you had bloodwork to address other causes? B-12, iron, thyroid,glucose,adrenal fatigue,CFS.These are just a few things I would check out ...A good routine physical also... -

How about breakfast poppers! scrambled eggs with veggies,cooked sausage, cheese, a bit of hot sauce, pour into mini muffin tins bake& take. I make a bunch of these freeze them & nuke a minute & out the door they go... -

I we tried the plain & the Parmesan ones. Liked them both crunchy...which I think sometimes we miss as celiac people... -

I just searched to see if I still had the note from Wendy's when the new natural fries came out a few months back but I guess I deleted it. But they stated to me that the new fries were not gluten-free dedicated fryer or not! Maybe they have changed their ruling since introducing the new fry....

Sorry to tell you this but Wendy's new natural fries are NOT gluten-free...So you got glutened by the fries them selves plus the oil in which they were fried in... Some burger king fries are okay but each joint needs to be checked to see if they have dedicated fryers... Plus when fast food cleans the oils they all go into...
