  4. I just went to General Mills & the choc.peanut butter bugle says it may contain wheat in the ingredient list...the original states may contain milk & wheat... I used to really like these too but I don't think I would eat them...
  5. I have never found any bugle that was gluten-free...not even the plain one...are you sure it is bugle's that you seen gluten-free????
  6. You are so correct. Some people say they follow the diet very strict but then they cheat! Just crazy... I just ran into a person today who said there sister is gluten-free & is very good about it because she works in a doctor's office & knows all ther is to know....yeah, right I then find out she eats gluten...

  8. First off, you know you made a mistake in the gluten poppy seedbread... It is very easy to make gluten-free... I'm not sure if you did your potatoes in white wine or had iotto drink but sulphates kill me....so I have to watch the wine& use only the sulphite free ones.... I drink very very little maybe once every year a taste...
  9. Your body may be de-toxing. A month is really nothing in terms of being gluten-free.. I call it the infancy stage. It can take several years for some people to feel better ... Everyone is different..You have taken out (wheat) something that your body was having to digest for probably years & years, then all of a sudden...

Every one knows we are totally gluten-free but I always ask to be polite.....For breads I would buy wheat rolls & take some gluten-free for me & others who...

  15. You are so correct.. We do go through the stages of grief just as we do when we loose a loved one...... Many years ago when some (still happening) have trouble adjusting to the gluten-free lifestyle I said we need a twelve step program! Some people have no support system & that makes anything so much more difficult...

  22. Many foods we have lived with for years are not healthy foods but when we have everything we are used too eating healthy or not taken away people can feel food deprived. This makes for a very negative start to a new gluten-free lifestyle...So at the beginning I see nothing wrong with the so called unfoods that many eat ...

The good news is you are very early into de-toxing,some go through the process without set-backs & others it can take between 2& 5 years & still be having problems.
