It is hard to find but well worth the search! I'm not a big beer drinker mainly I fry gluten-free foods in beer batter but I always taste some first... This in my opinion is very good. I also think Greeen's also is one of the better brands...I have or know some real beer drinkers & it passed thier test!So did Green's but others... -

I must be the manout on this subject!.. I've been gluten-free for years& I cook for 4 gluten-free all the time plus up to 8 other times..It is always gluten-free... I had this plus angio lympathic edema of the tongue, lips & soft tissue on mouth after I was given levothyroxine... it started out with scalloped tongue then went from bad to much worse...it took 8 months to get better , my taste buds are still not correct yet... I have many of the same symptoms as you in your laundry list... -
YES, and around my neck of the woods now days docs are removing gallbladders at an alarming rate..Patients feel better after removal but months down the road their issues come back.. Now docs have them do a trial of gluten-free for three months... Most never go back to wheat eating!

Have you had any testing done? Bloodwork,scope? You say you now think you may only have a wheat allergy---but then you say you have been gluten-free for a few months then ate something with breading & got ill... I agree with Peter & the poster before me....even 20ppm which is just a guideline can send many to the ER indistress... With all the research it still is just research at this point... Sorry to chime in here but cheating is not a healtyy choice. These comments make new people feel it is okay to cheat now & then & it has & does cause issues big issues with family esp. family members who do not understand that when you are celiac it is 100% 100% of your living life. None of us has a camera inbedded...

Soy is one of the major allergrens..Soy isn't always our friend like in the 80's doctors claimed it to be...Did you know that baby boys feed soy developed breasts... almond milk is a better choice....
