  7. Greetings I'm sorry to say that yes not having enough wheat & gluten in your body WILL NOT give an accurate test result....so it would be a waste of your money or insurance to get tested... Celiac is an autoimmune disease ,, the itchy red bumps you get from household cleaners & such would be allergeries..Two different demons...
  8. I have been to several weddings& had a gluten-free meal. But never did I ever see it on an invitation, how sweet is that. I would guess someone close to either the bride or groom has a dietary issue...I would put celiac ( wheat & gluten Free).. Each time I receive an invite I look to where thereseption is at & call that place,...

But sadly this year they could not find a site to have this...
  15. gluten is not like a germ that we can clean away with fit wash or anything else. I too clean all my purchased fruit & veggies but to remove all the chemical sprays that are there not to rid it of gluten.. I honestly don't think that would work or we all would be soaking & rinsing our products... Saoking nuts makes for easier...
  16. Your message is a bit confusing but here is my take. First Soy is an allergren, a good tasting alternative to milk is almond breeze, we like vanilla almond breeze on our cereal.. Glutenfree crackers are an easy find to go with your soup... Why the akins diet? You must be eating gluten to have an accurate celiac test if not then your ...
  17. Since you say you can be without power for a month you need to stash whatever you eat for at least a month. You can cook on a grill.. Canned goods, jerky, water , medicines, batteries, a generator is nice so you can run your fridge or & freezer to save your food supply...Many foods can be eaten directly from the can ie: baked beans, dinty...

You can order that yourself online from the Canary Club... if a ...
  19. Dr.Fasano is researching this question. He suggests waiting until age1or so.The research isn't old enough to determine if the longer wait to introduce gluten foods will prevent celiac or if it will only prolong the occurance until the child becomes older..But it is being researched... For now I guess it is a parental choice.. But ...
  20. I firmly believe what Kareng stated. He must not want to be troubled & he for sure lacks knowledge of celiac disease.... I would supply him with every report I could find & also send it to the higher authority in your church.and have a meeting with the higher suthority. If that doesn't work I would find a new place to...
