    All of the herbal essences shampoos/conditioners contain wheat. I've checked them all; I use to love that stuff. It says wheat right on the labels..even the new fruit ones.

    Annie's is no longer gluten-free. I am so sad! I guess distilled vinegar doesn't bother me after all b/c it is in Annie's and I use it normally...or maybe that's why I don't feel good-lol. In any case I will have to try the Kraft....

    I still can't ingest anything with distilled vinegar. I react from it-maybe not from the gluten, but I feel crappy nonetheless! I stick to apple cider vinegar or balsamic. Is red wine vinegar bad for us? I think it is but I can't remember. I can't keep vinegars straight; anyone care to clarify as simply as possible?

    Kaiti, Today I bought a Dove Daily Exfoliator / Cleanser. It does not say wheat in the ingredients list. You use Dove lotions and cleaners, right? I'm still looking for good hand lotion.     Dermilogica skin care has oats in it. I know oats are questionable for us, but what do you think of using it in a bath/shower or on your face as a scrub? Help! It was very expensive and I don't want to throw it out if I don't have to.

    Wow, I am getting overwhelmed by all of my health issues! I have the chest pain, still have tummy aches, a voice problem, migraines. I think I need the candida test.     My pain isn't in the center it's usually on the left side with occassional right side pain. I also get it right under my rib cage where it hurts so bad I can't breathe every once in a while.     Mine can be left or right, thought it is most commonly left. Ribcage pain can be left or right, as well. Very sharp pain. We'll see what the doc says.

    Does anyone have a problem with Amy's meals? I've been eating the Teriyaki bowl and Mexican casserole and I haven't felt right lately. They say on the back "made in a facility that processes wheat, soy, peanuts, etc." But I've always had good success with her products. Just wondering if that could be it...

    I'm sorry, I didn't mean to start a whole freedom of speech issue. I was just kind of using that term to say that just because someone posts something I find offensive that I wouldn't complain about it b/c I think they have a right to say it if they wish, just as I have a right to respond about it.     Those symptoms are just like me minus the belching. Everything else is right on the money. I go to a new gastro dr in two weeks, though, b/c it took months for me to get an appt so hopefully this new one will have some insights:)

    Although I'm certainly not a dr, I would get the test. I, too, didn't get one at first but am still going to make sure there isn't another problem in my stomach. It certainly couldn't hurt and I've heard the test is quite painless.

    I think everyone has a right to post on this board, even if their opinions differ from mine, or even if I don't like what they have to say or even if I'm offended by it. They STILL have that right. Even though I was offended by things mmm...gluten said and that darlindeb said, I still wouldn't complain about it to a moderator b/c I believe in free speech...
