  6. Try a health food store like Sprouts or Whole Foods. They have a lot more gluten free stuff and brands you can trust. No, I don't think there is any kind of regulation about putting "gluten-free" on packaging. It's a pain but it's a good idea to continue reading labels, even on things you already use, the ingredients can change.

  12. I agree. I have had to cut way back on sugar too. I'm trying give it up completely. For now I'm trying to see how I do with just tiny amounts. It is hard to give up. Honey is supposed to be the best sweetener for you, but I've never cared much for it myself. I try to think of fruit as my dessert.

  18. I was getting better and that one fish oil capsule completely messed me up. My C was resolving now it's back, along with my anxiety. I still feel sick. Here's hoping this passes quickly. It takes very little to throw my body off and keeps happening over and over. I can't believe how sensitive I still am inside. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.
