    ana: With a positive blood test done. The choice is yours. An endoscopy exam and biopsy is considered the "gold standard" with regards to DX.     Thanks for your reply. I just had some blood work done any my glucose level was 92 (range 71-116), so I guess it appear within range. Maybe the the blood sugar can jump around a bit and not be at a constant level? Very interesting
