  1. It's been a while, but I got my results from my vitamin test. Though the dr said normal, they were a low normal. my vit D was 39 (range 30-100 norm) and my calcium was an 88.8 (88-90-something norm). I don't want to supplement because I'm scared of overdosing, so I'll add more to my diet. Hopefully I'll be feeling much better! My TSH was really normal(2)...
  2. Jealous! I watched the fam eat crawfish étouffée while I fight some cc (I guess since I can't find a source). Once this passes, PIZZA it is!!
  3. I love charco-caps. It's simply charcoal, no other meds. It helped me when nothing else did.

  8. This helped me tremendously in the beginning!! I only paid attention to gluten. I never thought it could be more. Dairy and corn mimic gluten symptoms for me. I've found I can tolerate only a few bites, but that's it. Try a food journal to look for other possible intolerances or sensitivities. I understand working through glutenings, as an elementary teacher...
  9. I've never seen cans, wish more stuff like this would catch on down here! I may have to get some of this ordered for me.
  10. Sorry, didn't recognize the title as a brand name. Thanks, never heard of it. It looks yummy on the website!
  11. I'm part of a pokeno group. It's my first time entertaining the ladies (12 of them) gluten-free. They always accommodate me when I'm at their houses, but you know how it is. I can't eat this or that... So I'm planning a meal and 2 desserts completely gluten-free so I have no worries for myself. I want them to enjoy the food without being able to tell its...
  12. What brand is it? My favorite drink these days is Woodchuck Pear Cider. Much better than apple!
  13. The Bob Song- Willie Nelson
  14. True Frieze. I definitely will do that and check to see if they're a low normal. Thanks for the reminder!

  23. Thanks y'all. I've been gluten-free for 11 months, with a few hiccups in between. I eat dairy-light as it bothers me. I'll try giving it up completely and see if it helps. Also, thanks for the neti-pot advice. I looked it up and it seems it'll help! I'll def be getting one. I also think I'll see an acupuncturist and chiropractor for a while. I think I'll...
  24. I've recently had my vitamin levels and thyroid levels checked because of exhaustion. My dr called me to tell me all of my levels were normal and she wants me to follow up with an ENT. (I had an enlarged lymph node.) Saw him and he said my sinuses could be causing me to be tired. Now he wants to do a CT scan, antibiotics after if infection is found, then...
  25. Lol!!! Got that list narrowed down, huh? : )
