  1. Nice and warm here today-- thinking about grilling steaks.
  2. I'm getting a cold, so chicken corn soup
  3. Homemade mac and cheese, spinach with olive oil and garlic.
  4. Oven beef stew. Assemble, stir, bring to a boil, then in the oven for 3 hours. Perfect! and easy
  5. Grandma Brown Baked Beans topped with bacon and Oscar Mayer hot dogs. I am able to tolerate legumes occasionally now:)
  6. That sounds delicious! I just put a chicken in the oven, stuffed with lemon slices and garlic. Drizzled butter over the top/salt and pepper.
  7. Chicken thighs roasted with olive oil and garlic and zucchini fritters.
  8. Chopper, I'm not gonna beat a dead horse here but if you do have evidence to support your theory, I wouldn't consider it an "I told you so", rather information that would benefit all of us. I'd be very interested to read what you have.
  9. I've been gluten-free as long as Lisa, and agree with her completely as well as what others have posted. As far as personal experience, I cooked regular pasta a while back (I normally wouldn't have allowed it in my kitchen but this was a special circumstance). My head was directly over the pot and when I drained it, the steam was right there in my face...

  12. Somehow, even before I read on, I had a feeling you wouldn't be serving corn tonight Pizza sounds good--was going to do leftovers but I think pizza instead. A white one with lots of cheese and garlic.
  13. Boneless pork chops with garlic, bacon risotto, and fresh Brussels sprouts. Went to Rita's and had chocolate custard for dessert:)
  14. Pasta and meatballs--the "recipe" I saw my grandmother make a million times The only difference is Tynkayda pasta and fresh breadcrumbs from my GFP French bread.

  20. I was off of red meat for a long time before I reincorporated it into my diet. (my sensitivities left me with not much else in the line of protein) I second the idea of ground beef in your recipe instead of ground turkey but start with a lower fat content to start. I found that starting with leaner cuts of red meats helped me digest it easier. Laura...
