    I would still be on the lookout for any reaction for 2 days or so. I'm sensitive to tapioca, and the last time I tried it I had stomach cramps hours later in the middle of the night.

    It could be the fat in the bacon, or you could be sensitive to one of the ingredients used to cure it. Early on in the diet, it's best to start with fresh meats and other whole foods until you get a handle on things.

    Ah yes....toe caps! My younger son had to utilize them at one time due to a toe issue.

    I was also going to suggest a problem with coconut. I'm intolerant to it--gives me terrible indigestion and migraines.

    Glad the toe is gonna make it. When mine was growing back in, it looked like it was growing inwards, but it never did. It took forever, and was pretty gross, but it ended up fine. The auto shop is quick--you won't be wifout it fer too long.

    I'm glad you had such a positive experience there. I have never had a problem at Outback--the 3 locations that I have been to (in 3 different states) were all very Celiac savvy.

    Kaherrine--I love R2D2 Saw the original Star Wars 3 times when it first came out in theaters. My SIL gave me a pewter R2D2 pendant that I still have.
