    Bev--thanks for that link. I'm gonna take a look. Once a nurse wrote "sanguine" on my chart after taking my temperature. Cute, but WIH?? Anywoo--you'd make a spectacular doctor--I also have heard about the inevitable shortage of GP's here.....very sad state of affairs.

    Gross indeed! I think she used to actually fry blood She passed away when I was 4, but from all accounts she was a tough cookie--used to raise and kill her own chickens fer phood.     Black pudding is blood pudding???? OMG barph!! Me dad talks about how his mum used to make fried blood when he was a boy. Maybe that's the Italian version...<pukephace> Other than that, the fry up looks delish!
