  7. Ugh....unbelieveable Jason, a good rule of thumb about the colon cancer screening is to be tested 10 years before you reach the age your relative's cancer was discovered.
  8. You're right--the plain is fine. Somehow I was thinking the nuggets.
  9. Envirokids are not made on dedicated lines--I can't tolerate the bars. I would be suspicious about the Bell and Evans, too and check to see if they are made along with the "regular" variety.
  10. No, I don't take magnesium alone (there's some in the multi, though). I'm prone to D, so I can't tolerate too much of it. Hope your new vitamins work out well for you!
  11. I've been meaning to ask how the kitchen was coming along
  12. Sylviaann, Take a look here Open Original Shared Link Scroll down to the "mineral" section. They have a couple of magnesium products there that you can check out. I have a very hard time with suppliments, and I take the Everyday Multi (hyperallergenic) with no problems.
  13. Moi--but only on me right phoot

  15. You are very kind I was sick for over 20 years, so I can relate to how you feel. It really is a slow process to figure this all out, but you will and before long the good days will begin to outnumber the bad ones. It kinda sneaks up on you Take care and feel free to contact me anytime.
  16. valt and trueworshiper, It can take some time to feel better, especially if you have other intolerances, have been ill a long time, and/or have lots of damage. It's difficult sometimes to read of those who go on the gluten-free diet and feel better relatively quickly. It doesn't always happen that way, you are not alone. It took me all of 2 years...
  17. Wow---that's fantastic. Please do keep us posted
  18. I ate there once--had the sweet and sour chicken. It was good, although a bit too sweet, and I did not get sick. I much prefer PF Changs. My location is very aware of cross contamination and I've had nothing but good luck there.
  19. I was thinking the same thing! It sounded good to me--but then if left to me own devices sans Celiac and stuff I'd probably weigh 300 pounds.
  20. The two of 'em could really cut a rug back then!! Hi Bevvie--glad to hear the students are still in brown-nose mode! May it last a while longer
