  1. Been gluten-free for 6 years, 4 months. Never cheated--too afraid of the consequences. I was very ill before diagnosis and react badly to accidental cross contamination, so it's easy for me to resist.
  2. Being pretty sensitive, I rely on Lays Stax chips (made on dedicated lines) and homemade popcorn for salty/crunchy. I use either Orville Redinbacher or America's Best (which I prefer the taste of). I pop the kernels in light olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.   4. As one of the top allergens, soy must be listed if used. With Lays, the issue may be cross contamination.
  5. I believe they process gluten-free oats in the facility with the Kind Bars--so if you are oat sensitive, you could be reacting to that. Lara Bars are not processed in a facility with oats.

  14. My opinion--could be A or . Being gluten-free for a month could have skewed your biopsy results even with another week on it. Either way, sounds like you need to be on the diet.

  19. If it's the one by Sandoz, it's definitely gluten-free. I always call the manufacturer myself--the name is either on the bottle, or the pharmacist can tell you who it is.
  20. Hops are gluten-free. I Googled the ingredients and they look fine to me, gluten wise.
