  16. Yum! Looks great--I normally make my banana bread with the Gluten Free pantry Muffin Mix but will keep and try this too. Shroomie--I always add cinnamon and nutmeg to my banana bread. Love it that way!

Blue Bell has a list of gluten free products, because they do add wheat to their chocolate ice cream and offer flavors that include baked things like cookies and brownies. Those, of course, do not appear on the gluten-free list. ...

  21. Yes!! This has always bugged me.
  22. If you want to use rice milk, it will set up. I was dairy free for years and have made the Libby's with both rice and almond milks. Vanilla rice or almond are even better.
