    Hi Dani, I am formally diagnosed since 2005. My eczema (left eyelid, right ear) began several years before. Going gluten-free helped for a while, and when I went legume free it cleared up for quite a while only to reappear a couple years later. It is hard to say what triggers the itch--it waxes and wanes but the key I've found is keeping the area moisturized...

    I have naturally curly hair which I also color I love the Wen cleansing conditioners--the Pomegranate, Six Thirteen, and the seasonal varieties are gluten-free. The others are not. From the drugstore, I like Garnier Fortifying Color Shield shampoo and conditioner (red bottles). LA Looks Cashmere Curl Gel is very good, too.

    It looks like eczema to me--I have it and mine looks like that when it's itchy. I use cortisone cream--at my doctor's suggestion. Unfortunately none of my diet changes have permanently gotten rid of the eczema.

    Yes, I agree. Take 2 and if that doesn't do it, take one more. Immodium (Original formula) has gotten me out of a jam many times

    Hi V, might he be sensitive to the veggie powders they use? Does he do ok with carrot, tomato and spinach? Tinkyada is really safe as far as gluten cross contamination goes, as they are a completely dedicated facility. That said, there could be something in that particular variety that doesn't sit well with him. Just throwing this out there but...

    My new favorite breakfast--a banana slightly mashed with 1/2 of a Ginger Snap Lara Bar stirred into Fage yogurt.

    Yum! Tonight is "pizza night". Husband and son are getting takeout from Domino's and I am making myself a 3 cheese white pizza with fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and ground pepper on a GFP crust.
