  2. If I remember and understand the concept correctly, it wouldn't be him partaking of the Altoid.
  3. Hi Vincent how nice to see you back but I'm so sorry Tim is having problems again. Taking into consideration all that happened when he was little--most importantly the positive test--my opinion is that the Celiac is rearing it's ugly head again. One thing I have seen from time to time in the years I've been around the board is that sometimes after...

  15. I use--and love--the gluten free Pomegranate. Their seasonal varieties are also gluten-free--I have used the Winter Mint (probably my favorite) and the Gardenia/Green Tea, which is the summer one. Also use the Pom styling cream and the Replenishing Mist--good stuff. Ravenwood--the gluten-free ones are all soy based.
  16. I use Lundberg too and I am intolerant to oats. My favorite is the White Basmati.
  17. I'm using Wen. A bit pricey, but it's the absolute best I've tried with regard to preserving color and conditioning. Only the Pomegranate, and the seasonal varieties are gluten free (soy based). The rest are wheat-based.

  20. I avoid anything with a 'shared equipment" warning--have gotten sick every time I've decided something sounded good enough to try.
  21. I was there recently (not my choice, but made do).....their "gluten free menu" was 2 pages of allergens which included wheat but not gluten. On the back page, there were "gluten intolerant" options. Mostly grilled things, salads, etc. There were several things to choose from, though. I had a steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I did remind the server...
  22. If it does turn out to be tapioca, The Gluten Free Pantry has many mixes that don't have it. A couple do, so you have to read the ingredients, but most don't. I just made a cake today using their mix Their French Bread and Pizza mix is excellent.
  23. Just another idea for you--I had problems with some mixes too at first and by process of elimination found I was intolerant to tapioca, which is in a lot of mixes.
  24. So did I Heckofa good read though.....
