    I was off of red meat for a long time before I reincorporated it into my diet. (my sensitivities left me with not much else in the line of protein) I second the idea of ground beef in your recipe instead of ground turkey but start with a lower fat content to start. I found that starting with leaner cuts of red meats helped me digest it easier. Laura...
