  6. This cheese is fine. I use Kraft shredded cheeses quite often:) Kraft is a company that will disclose any gluten on the ingredient list.

  9. My grandma loved Spam too-my dad would make it on Saturdays for breakfast sometimes with fried eggs. To use up stale Italian bread, my mom would make a dish that would include stale bread cubes, spinach, beans, olive oil and garlic. We would also have baloney chopped up in scrambled eggs.   13. My grandpa used to put salt on cantaloupe . I like to scoop up cottage cheese with potato chips and put creamed corn over mashed potatoes.

  15. No, I don't tolerate supplements well generally. I do take a multivitamin by Kirkman that is gluten-free and hypoallergenic. It might be time for you to go back to basics--simple whole foods, only necessary meds/supplements, etc--and go from there.   17. Two things occur to me-- soy, possibly and the Culturelle. Did the worsening nausea coincide with starting it? Probiotics can cause nausea for some-- I can't tolerate them. All that said, it all sounds like additional intolerance(s). The best way to figure out the problem foods is to do an elimination diet. My additional intolerances became a problem...

  20. I used to get them regularly before going gluten-free. I almost never get them now, occasionally if I react to accidental cross contamination I will feel one starting up but they tend to go away pretty quickly.
  21. Now that sounds good! Tonight I'm going with what's in the fridge--Kozy Shack European Style Rice Pudding and whipped cream.
