    thanks all....so agree... i was gl for 20 months now and suspected dairy and casein...and the test confirmed it for me. i didn't need them to tell me SOY...my body tells me soy. now with the dairy and casein out of diet (as she sobs quietly---loved my cheese and ice cream) i'm doing so much better! judy in philly
