    Emily, so sorry and i can empathize with you as I'm still not 100% better after going gluten-free.. after the 3-5 months the dairy/casein came up but worse reactions to soy..even worse for me now than gluten. also, it's been said here...don't kiss hubby while he's drinking beer..know it sounds funny, but the experts on here all seem to agree...make sure...

    I just love seeing all the people's experiences with the various testing protocol's. I had a weak positive in blood work 19 months ago before going gluten-free. First 3-5 months all symptoms went away. then intolerances appeared..soy, dairy, xanthan gum, and a few others. Since I wasn't totally 100% better, internist wanted a new GI to take a look...

    A piece of my 'disease' puzzle...we started using the San J since i went gluten free. then ...when my soy issues reared it's ugly head...I didn't read that label nor did my careful hubby as he uses for marinade's well Sunday we drove 45 min to Wegmanns to get that..and i took off shelf and read label ....     Thanks Rachel..You know i was kidding you as i've been following your thread. remember my numbers on the dr's celiac panel only test 2 and not the tTg or what ever as said posible celiac but numbers not high enough to do that one internist said try diet and i did and it worked for 3-5 months as is typical. then this yeast rash, remember you and carla helped...
