    Welcome to the board hathor. As for rice pastas if you don't cook them enough they are like a rock and if you cook them too long they are like wallpaper paste. Your husband cooked them too long.

    I'll have my inmate nice and gluten-free crispy with gluten-free fries on the side. You know in the place I am renting from my wacko landlady I feel like an inmate.

    I never have tuna in broth only in water.

    Beef causes me deathly problems so I never eat and haven't for years except I did have some chili which had it in it...Yuck. I make my chili vegetarian or with chicken. I also eat no cows milk I use goats cheese and no problems with it .

    Srokie, did she tell you if it was B-12 or not that you were not absorbing? All that talk of bread,eclairs, and baquettes started giving me pain. There is not one of us on this board who can't empathize with how you have felt. I still do not absorbe my B-12 anymore because of this disease so I am constantly taking sublingual B-12's as opposed to shots...

    I have the Cream Hill Estates (Lara's rolled oats) and Mcanns Irish oats are okay, no ill effects and I am highly sensitive. I do not recommend eating a whole wad at first or you and the bathroom will becom engaged to each other, because of the high fibre in the oats. They are definitely not cheap but I can have my oats again and all is good.

    It happens to me and it is usually to do with where I have been. Mostly work poisons me. I think I have cleaned all of the crumbs off the desk etc and then something gets into my food or mouth.

    I was there at 11:30 in the morning, 2 pm and in the evening and that place was always full. I am so heartbroken, I was hoping they would put a bigger and better one in the NW with lower tables and chairs.     This is unbelievable because I was there in December and talked to them about being open on Boxing day. A friend and I went there just after Christmas. I am sickend. That place was always full and the food was outstanding. We were planning on going back this week to there to celebrate our birthdays. I am broken hearted.

    My sister has Raynaud's has not tested positive for Celiac but then they did the test wrong. She also has many of the same issues I have including the dairy issues. I figure if they did things right they would find it. It was the DH that told the whole story for me as they did not want to look further than the ends of their noses and would not do the other...
