-
As I work tomorrow. I must bid you all adieu and wish each and every one of you a very Happy and prosperou gluten-free New Year.

Six weeks is normal recovery on a hysterectomy but the operation isn't as severe. When I was a kid all the Dukabours used to take off their clothes and burn their houses because they said god told them to do that. He never told them to do it in the winter though.
-
Yes, hysterectomies now they do through the navel not like mine 2o years ago. Ah Nelson, home of the Freedomite Dukabours...they should have taught you how to get your clothes off and dance naked. Yes, I would not wish to live in Camel Poops, it is always depressing there unlike othe places in BC. Psst, I think Thor drank all of my champagne that drunken...

Take something off, dance nekkid in front of your husband and celebrate the freedom from the expense of feminine products. Rejoice ! Shirley, I suggest you do the same, it will shake him up. He will wonder what's come over you. Make this the year of being unpredictable.
-
Then catch up. what you waiting for...next year? Take something off and we could almost be even. That would be the bleaching of the sun. Do you live in Camel Poops BC, Shirley?
-
So Shirley, what is the Queen of Sheba the Shiba Inu wearing for New Years Eve. Is she dressed in her finest fur coat? You could never tell maybe the bat head is stuffed with a bread stuffing, served up with flour laden gravey on a slice French bread. My gosh, look at all the gluten in the bat head.
-
Aye missy. If the bat is a vampire bat and he bit a gluten-eating creature then the gluten would be in his head and teeth. HOwever, I am watching one of my favorite movies while doing this, I am drunk, semi nekkid and almost drank my whole 200ml bottle of cordon negro champagne. Top that.
-
So, for each and every one of you, I hope you have a magnificent gluten-free, prosperous and fruitful new year. May things get easier for everyone in this upcoming year. Too bad we don't have IRC capabilities.

Well I have my Champagne, my coke, chocolate and nachos I am ready.

Actually the Pagan New Year is around Samhain or Samhuinn, which is Halloween but we celebrate it from the Nov1-6 approx. Wiccans celebrate it on the 31 st of October. That is the end of our year because it is the last harvest. Yule (winter solstice Dec 21-23) is the beginning of our year. I am a Norse/Celtic reconstructionist Pagan. So, I get to celebrate...

It depends on how much I have injested or if it is in hair products. Mine can take days to month and are DH. Right now something must have been used on my hair when I got it cut because my head is a mass of dh and is making me crazy. These can take months to disappear.

Rusla replied to num1habsfan's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
The busses are no problem I can help with that as I work for Calgary Transit. So the bus outside of the motel village on 16 Ave is the # 91 or # 40 it costs $2.25 to ride it or the ctrain. The train (Somerset Bridlewood will take you to Lions Park (North Hill Mall and you can catch these busses there also. -
Well I will be on here around 7 pm MST. I have cats to feed and a letter to drop off at the landlady just after 5 pm so, I am headed straight home after. I remember on New Years Eve when my son was little we would rent movies and order chinese or pizza and have fun. So, now he is grown up and gone and it will be me, the cats, and all of you who come to...

Rusla replied to jamrock's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
The pain, nausea, sweating and DH are more than enoug to discourage me. -
Ha! I knew it Guhlia, I was about to ask when your xmas gift is due to be delivered. Well we will sit on here toast the fact that some of us are not social, which I am not. We will toast the Angie's baby, tell redneck jokes. We can revel in the fact that we don't have to go out and worry about being killed by drunks and get glutened. We can be safe, warm...

ARCHIVED Ok - Christmas Gluten Gifts Whinge Time
Rusla replied to georgie's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
First; when I saw whinge, I thought it was a Southern American word, but I have since learned it is an Australian word so, I have learned a new word today. Now onto the subject at hand. I would say; "thank you but I can't have any of these items because they are just like poison to me. I would spend a lot of time in being sick if I ate them but I will... -
I lead such a thrilling life I will be home, by myself, having a drink of champagne with the cats. If any of you are going to be on here then, we can toast it together.
-
I wondered why it looked like your thingy changed. However, the Shiba Inu looks adorable in her hat. So, is there any cheap places to rent, buy out your way. Any jobs rolling about or wealthy men ready to croak who want to will me their money. I so want out of Alberta.

Rusla replied to Lisa's topic in Introduce Yourself / Share Stuff
My favorite gift is my Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest DVD and Jack Sparrow doll. -
Well all of my childhood x-mas's were bad so, we won't get into that. However, the best of the worst was when I was in the hospital, as per usual and in the hospital I started to make a stuffed bunny. When I came home I continued to work on the bunny. My little brother adored it but I told him it was for our sister. He was so excited and happy on xmas...
