Hi Donna- I am getting my photo taken for Wegmans. I am going to be in their weekly circular, every week they show a customer and the customer says why they shop at that store. So I shop their for my celiac so I am respresenting the celiac community.

I hope you did not go to heavy on the chocolate yesterday. You remember what happened last time. No more of that! I was eating chocolate with regular dairy again until a few days ago. Nothing has gotten better, but it may take months before noticing anything.

Yeah, Enterolab confirmed that I have an intolerance, but I still can't seem to stay away from it. At least the chocolate I ate didn't have large amounts of diary in it.

Well, I had my share, lol...I did stop before I felt sick though. And, I'm not too congested today.

Alison thinks I should not dye my hair, use moisturizers, or make-up.

I do agree that I should avoid putting anymore toxins in my system. It is apparent it is already on overload.

Yeah, the hair dye is really not good for any of us, but I can't give that up YET. The EM makeup is pretty pure though...just the minerals...no fillers--it's all gluten free too.

This is wonderful about fixing up your condo! I am excited for you. I kind of like decorating. Here is a tip: be sure to make it look as spacious as possible. Remove clutter, because that is always going to devalue your space.

Yeah, when I first moved in it looked great...not a lot of furniture and it looked MUCH bigger, lol. Now, after nearly 20 years, it's cluttered and full of junk and furniture. I definitely want to get back to less is more thing. I'm planning on getting a couple of armoires to hide the smaller junky stuff like books and stuff. The only thing I don't quite know what to with is my workout stuff. I have a lot of dumbbells, steps, and other workout stuff...I'll figure out someway to hid some of it, but how do you hide a fitness ball?

Okay, so no new products today, but I'm wearing Waffle Cone everywhere. I put it on my cheeks, then decided it should go on my eyes, then I put it on wet on my lips. Um, didn't look so hot on my lips so I put one of those lip glosses I got last weekend to go over the spring pink lipstick...looked very good over the Waffle Cone.

I reorganized my craft-tote-now-makeup-case because it just wasn't organized properly. MUCH better, and I got all but 5 containers of minerals in there...could have fit those in too, but I'll never use them, so just decided to keep them out. I took pictures but forgot to post them over at EM...I'll try to remember to do that later.

I think I may also buy a train case this weekend if I can find the one I want locally.

Oh, and about a month ago I mentioned that little mini train case I saw...well tomorrow is my monthly appointment over at that mall, so I'll probably pick that up too...even if I can't put makeup in it, it is too darned cute to NOT buy. Gee, I wonder why I can't afford new flooring?!

So someone is selling the three free gifts - Ivory, Bisque and Sunlight Finishing - on Ebay. Bids start at $5 (but...um, you can get the stuff for free from EM..... )

This always baffles me... I just don't get it, lol. BUT, apparently it works because people buy this kind of stuff. Amazing!!!

Have I told you guys about the pressed powder? I probably have, but I don't remember. Anyway, I just wanted to point out that it's very moisturizing, and it provides fairly heavy foundation coverage. I wear multi-tasking neutral and Light Pink is a good match for me (it's slightly lighter than MTN). Just wanted to let the dry-skinned ladies out there know about it.

Hum, I may end up trying some...I've never been a big pressed powder girl, mostly because I can't find the right color I think...even translucent doesn't look good on me, but I MAY be interested in the EM stuff...they're supposed to be coming out with more colors. This would be good for quick makeup days.

Emily-I am half primped now and the rest will come before I get there...I am nervous though....last night it hit me..I have never done anything like that. The guy who I talk with on the phone keeps telling me it is a lot of fun and the photographer himself is a lot of fun....but it is still nerve racking right now, this is my favorite place in the whole world and now I get to tell everyone why!!!

No input but I've been sweating TONS during the night too. I don't wake up drenched, but I have to sleep in a tank top and shorts to have a hope of staying somewhat comfortable. It usually doesn't happen until I get up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Within about 30-40 minutes after getting back in bed I start sweating pretty badly.

I Don't think my brother will have a good valentines day today. He went to the dentist and they say he has a bad tooth abcess or something like that. His face was swollen last night. I guess one to many hershey's bars.

Just managed to get online so will give a very brief update of my appointment today with Dr. E.

Sounds like a great appointment. Once I get my condo refinanced (and get the carpet out LOL) I think I MAY think about taking some regularly spaced trips up there to see Dr. E or Dr. Amy.

Those supplements add up fast don't they?! We've been in touch with Dr. E quite a bit.....what do we have to stay on to not lose ground type thing.

I've cut WAY back on my supplements. I'm still taking a lot, but as I run out of things I'm cutting out the ones that weren't suggested directly by my doctors. Folks who post on the EM thread will get a kick out of this next sentence... I've made a spreadsheet to keep track of supplement purchases because currently I have no idea how much I'm really spending on them, nor how often I have to buy them and how long they last.

I decided to try something that people talk about on LN .... Mangosteen juice .... I only take it once every three days because I'm generally allergic to fruit juice. Well, let me just say this, for any of you with c issues, here's your answer!!!! Works within about 8 hours.

I've seen some Mangosteen juice at WF and I think of getting some everytime I do, lol. I figure I'll do the Humaworm in March sometime.

I use Sunlight concealor...just on the dark parts...very light layer. And, sometimes I'll put on a very thin layer wet. It doesn't take much at all. I've also used a slightly lighter foundation color.

But hopefully soon I will be joining all of you silly chocoholics, I'm fixin to get my chocolate on in a few if somenoe can come up with a recipe for me in the baking section

Yes, this involves tracking your order every 5 minutes when it says "out for delivery" or "with delivery courier" so that you know the exact moment to start hunting down said mail guy, or following said DHL van.

Donna conducted a scientific experiement using Natural Reflections under her make-up (for oil control I think) and the results were excellent, I believe. She has spreadsheets with further information.

Oh yes, yes...completely forgot to address this, lol. I did a scientific experiment where I put Natural Reflections finishing powder (loose minerals) on only one side of my face as a "base", then put on my foundation and eye colors...the side without the finishing powder as a base was noticably more shiney by the end of the day, especially on my eyes which tend to be oiliest.

They also have a pressed powder, but not a lot of choices in color YET...rumoUr has it that they will be introducing more colors of pressed powder in the next couple of months or so.

Hope new members are invited in the cult, though it looks like a have a lot of catching up to do!!!

Question about the finishing powders. Are they needed? I am a combo skin with a bit of Tzone shine 1/2 way thru the day. Also what finish do you guys prefer to those of you that are a combo skin?
