    Yes actually! I found a great brand (let me go look at the name)......it is Maple Grove Farms. It says "Sugar Free" in huge white letters, on a dark red label, and says "gluten free" on the back label. It is made with splenda. I got it at Walmart.

    My insurance didn't cover any of it because it is Tricare, and you have to go through the miltary, and A.L.C.A.T. is not military, but whatever, I got the information, so I was happy!     I was on the pill for 6 years. When I went off, I had no period for a year. I took the "let down" hormones to have a period every 3 months. My period finally started on it own in August. I have had a 76 day cycle, a 25, a 25, and a 32 since then. Looks like things are trying to even out. My periods were actually worse on the pill. Cramps were severe....

    Ditto. I like Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour for things like fried chicken. I know some people don't like the taste of bean flour in stuff like cookies/cakes. That kind of stuff just depends on your taste.

    I have gotten the ones at HEB. I don't know the name, I think it is just the HEB brand (the grocery store brand). If you don't have an HEB, it is a grocery store, I think only in Texas....

    I thought so too Richard, but someone here (and can't remember her name) works there, and she said that they make there own something or other at HER Outback, and it is safe....I can't remember, that was a couple of months ago......anyway, she stressed that HER Outback had a different dressing or something like that.     Yeah, that is totally helpful. I printed it out at New Years and took it with me to my local Chilis so I could have dinner with friends there. I got the Margarita Chicken without tortilla strips and it was Really Good!!!!
