I thought the same about many nutrients, but malabsorption is one of the first effects of Celiac. Again, I'll be trying the blend of stuff I mentioned, and post the results. If it works, then it's not sugar. -

I don't know how the vinegar would react with the gluten-free flours, but even for a quick-bread, vinegar/lemon juice isn't necessary. Neither is baking soda unless the recipe includes dairy or other acidic ingredients. For a quick-bread, baking soda is added to neutralize acidity, typically from dairy. That's interesting stuff - about the sugar. I don't eat any sugar accept for what's in fruit and such, so I wonder. Perhaps I'll try adding salt, potassium, and citric acid to some fruit juice. -
I guess one snack would be gluten-free cookies. They should freeze well, so you could make a batch, and they'd last awhile. Unlike gluten-free breads, gluten-free cookies are pretty easy to make. Well, I think what I'd do is try a few gluten-free meals and see if the same reactions occur. Most foods are gluten-free anyway, so it isn't difficult. I just looked up the ingredients for Gatorade, and it looks like mostly sodium and potassium for the nutrients. There is citric acid too, which does enhance absorption. I don't know if the sugar has anything to do with quenching thirst, but I don't eat sugar anyway. I think what I might try is some salt, potassium, citric acid, and a little Stevia for sweetener... -

A number of the symptoms listed in relation to neuropathy are also symptoms of certain nutrient deficiencies. Some of the more obvious ones including vitamin B12, magnesium, and zinc. I really like coconut oil, but only Open Original Shared Link tastes truly good to me. It's expensive, but worth it if you can afford it. If you take pictures outside, an overcast sky is better than bright sunlight. I'm sure you already know not to have a light source behind the subject, but it seems a lot of people make that mistake. Well, although you could ask for some tests, they are terribly inaccurate in such small children. So no matter what the results might be, you'd be best to try the gluten-free and dairy-free diet anyway. I also drink a lot of water, which is all I drink except for orange juice to cover the taste of some supplements. I figure the thirst is related to an electrolyte imbalance. Salt helps somewhat, though not enough. I've read magnesium helps boost absorption, and taking this does help, though again it's not a total fix. Slowly, it seems the thirst is lessening... -

I absolutely agree with the recommendation of a sublingual B12. Make sure it's methylcobalamin. This and magnesium worked for me 100%. Along the way I discovered that nightshades would cause me tremendous pain, lasting weeks. While I'm sure not everyone's nerve/muscle pains are caused by the same things, these are easy to try, and there's nothing to lose... -
I got rid of all pain by avoiding all nightshades, and taking magnesium and a sublingual methylcobalamin (B12) supplement. This may or may not help, but it's certainly worth a try, and can't hurt!

I doubt there is any such thing as a vaccine without toxic stuff in it. However, it is my understanding that the theory behind vaccines is to get a "mild" exposure, allowing the immune system to develop a defense before the bug takes hold. You don't need any added acidic ingredients. When there is acid, some baking soda is used to help neutralize the acid, so that the baking powder doesn't fizzle out too quickly. I find cookies are much easier to make successfully than bread. They don't have to rise much if at all, and many different textures can be acceptable. About the readability of text, try setting a custom text size in your browser. In Firefox, you select 'Text Size' from the 'View' menu. This will set the size for all sites, not just the board.

Lots of veggies have calcium. Since the digestion of animal proteins depletes calcium up to three times faster than vegetable proteins, it makes sense to me to get calcium from veggies. You can search Open Original Shared Link to get a comprehensive list.
