  1. why didn't i think of that? need to dig out my old cookbook..i use applesause instead of butter and oil in just about everything...the flours i have are white and brown rice, potato flower and potato starch flour...will those work in some way?

  11. YES!! I get pain that bad, a few days a month even after being gluten-free 1 year this month, I pray I will die. My Dr insists that celiac disease can't cause severe pain.

  17. Hi everyone, I bought a carando spiral sliced ham for christmas because I thought I read it was gluten free [except for the glaze pack] but this morning I googled it and read it is not! has anyone had one? did you have any problems eating it? thanks very much Betty

  20. hi nini, for baking cookies or pizza crust would you use the regular or self rising? I only see it to buy online in small batches, around 2 cups each thanks bunches!!
