I think it makes perfect sense, I have not gone crazy worring about my shampoos etc back to the question, I'm sure its dairy, I made a Hugh mistake tonight and tested myself with a lg amount of dairy, I had an Amys gluten-free Mac and Cheese, within an hour my belly was so bloated you'd swear I was pregnant, terrible pains, lots of gas and the weird thing...

  6. thanks for taking the time to post the recipes a couple questions if you don't mind for the banana bread can I sub 1 cup montina flour and the sorgum with something else..possibly brown rice? and the rice pudding..can I use rice milk instead of almond? thanks
  7. I don't have an ice cream machine, I can't have dairy, eggs or soy and I have no idea how I would even make it!

  9. thanks kim, sorry to hear others are still dealing with this, but at least i'm not alone..keeps me from giving up, but i still think about eating a sub everyday

  11. I agree rachel..I couldn't eat that crap even before I got sick, my son won't eat it either. did you know they add baking soda to their meat to keep customers stomachs from reacting to that low grade stuff
  12. thanks lisa, I was wondering if it could be something I ate days ago, I used to be able to look at what I ate that day, but now I think it could be from the day before or longer. its so discouraging to me to have a few good days, then I feel like I'm back to the beginning again, my belly looks like I'm 5 months along and the pains are awful, everytime this...

  14. hi guys, my belly's really been hurting and I've been very bloated and gassy the last 2 days, for the life of me I can't think of anything bad I could have eaten. I had something like 4 or 5 good days and now this..seems to be a pattern where I feel good for a few days, think I'm over the worst of this then its back again. do any of you ever feel this way...

  16. the french rolls are very good toasted, I also use them to make a bread crumb and shrimp stuffing for my cod/haddock

  22. I just started making choc chip cookies..I'm making up the gluten-free flour. the recipe calls for 1/3 cup tapioca starch I have Ener G tapioca flour are they the same thing? thanks
