  2. thanks I found it today at whole foods..was tempted to buy it till I read you need to add 10 TBLS butter...OMG I workout 6 days a week and that would not be enough..so bad I think I may email them lol

  8. Hi, I was just watching Rachel Ray and she was cooking with Hoisin sause, she called it chinese sweet and sour sause, I want to try it, does anyone know a brand that is gluten-free? Is it spicy? I get terrible heartburn so need to be careful. thanks!

  11. this was always a big problem for me, I tried everything under the sun, the only thing that helps me is Acacia tummy fiber, its all natural and gluten-free hope this helps..heres the link to order Open Original Shared Link
  12. I'm not going to take it, not worth it. I have been having stomach aches everyday even though I've been eating gluten-free for a little over a year. going to call my Dr and see about getting Ativan, it seems to be gluten-free from what I found on google thank you again

  15. hi, I just called them, it does have gluten in it. my Drs office has no idea which anti anxiety meds are gluten-free..does anyone know what I could take as a replacement?

  20. thanks laura, I haven't tried the their crust yet, I will look for it when I shop at whole foods..is it just a big ball of frozen dough? big enough to feed 3 ppl? also, thanks for the bread recipe and the taguito tip, I'll grab those too lol Amy, thanks for the link..it sounds very good, would never think to use gelatin or coffee creamer in pizza crust

  22. it may be "good" fat but its still fat..even my Dr said nuts are a good fat but no more than a tablespoon or 2 a couple days a week
  23. sounds good, do you know how many fat grams and calories are in one bar? I bought some larabars the other day, looked at the fat grams when I got home and was shocked at how high they are...they went right in the trash!
