    looks yummy, too bad its so high in fat and calories, i'm still on the lookout for a low fat low cal gluten-free "ice cream"

    thanks I found it today at whole foods..was tempted to buy it till I read you need to add 10 TBLS butter...OMG I workout 6 days a week and that would not be enough..so bad I think I may email them lol

    so sorry I must have heard her wrong?? BBQ or sweet and sour either way I was just curious about it, It will be nice to have a new sauce for stir fry, though we do love my homemade teriyaki sauce.

    LOL...thanks for the giggle and the info...I'll look for Dynasty at my market basket, not sure they'll carry it..it sounds yummy though, want to make a stir fry with it

    Hi, I was just watching Rachel Ray and she was cooking with Hoisin sause, she called it chinese sweet and sour sause, I want to try it, does anyone know a brand that is gluten-free? Is it spicy? I get terrible heartburn so need to be careful. thanks!

    this was always a big problem for me, I tried everything under the sun, the only thing that helps me is Acacia tummy fiber, its all natural and gluten-free hope this helps..heres the link to order Open Original Shared Link

    I'm not going to take it, not worth it. I have been having stomach aches everyday even though I've been eating gluten-free for a little over a year. going to call my Dr and see about getting Ativan, it seems to be gluten-free from what I found on google thank you again

    hi, I just called them, it does have gluten in it. my Drs office has no idea which anti anxiety meds are gluten-free..does anyone know what I could take as a replacement?

    I take it in small does everyday, this really upsets me, I need the Xanax for my anxiety, guess I have to take it anyway can't go wothout

    hi guys, I have a terrible cold, does anyone know which OTC cold meds or cough suppressants are gluten-free? also need something to bring the fever down..Is Advil Ok? thank you!

    thanks laura, I haven't tried the their crust yet, I will look for it when I shop at whole foods..is it just a big ball of frozen dough? big enough to feed 3 ppl? also, thanks for the bread recipe and the taguito tip, I'll grab those too lol Amy, thanks for the link..it sounds very good, would never think to use gelatin or coffee creamer in pizza crust

    it may be "good" fat but its still fat..even my Dr said nuts are a good fat but no more than a tablespoon or 2 a couple days a week

    sounds good, do you know how many fat grams and calories are in one bar? I bought some larabars the other day, looked at the fat grams when I got home and was shocked at how high they are...they went right in the trash!
