  1. It is my understanding that once positive, always positive, even if it was just a weak positive. She was likely going through the "honeymoon" period when she did not react to gluten.   10. RED BRIDGE is the best lighter tasting beer. Bard's Tale is the best fuller beer. Red Bridge is much cheaper as it's made by Anhueser-Busch. It's also easily found.
  11. Nikki, did you use xantham gum? Many gluten free recipes turn out crumbly due to the lack of gluten. Try the recipe on allrecipes.com. It uses mayo as the fat which helps to hold it together really well. Mine weren't crumbly at all and no one could even tell that they were gluten free.
