  1. I am gluten free and have been for a while. However some other folks on the boards pointed out to me that because I was still going out to eat and cooking at my boyfriend's house up until July/August that I was not truly gluten free. DGP has an IGA and IGG component. Inova Diagnostics makes a few different versions of the test one of them combines...
  2. you might be right. I have a tortuous colon apparently I'm not sure if you're cOlon actually goes as high as your ribs though that seems to be where most of my pressure is.
  3. Ennis i will keep you in my thoughts. Keep me posted.
  4. Near Syracuse. I did find one in Ithaca I was going to go to but ended up having to save the $ to drive out of state for the celiac specialist. I have to save up again. since I am low on sick time I am afraid to use any money though in case I have to go off of payroll. But it might be worth the shot.
  5. Ennis, did you get a diagnosis, treatment and start to feel better?
  6. Saturday, I made it through swim lessons and errands at Target with my son before breaking down quietly in tears from the pain, nausea and dizziness. Yesterday, my boyfriend sat and watched helplessly as I started to deteriorate and try to physically and emotionally keep myself together while my son played at a kids museum. He kept on eye on my son when we...
  7. Thank you. Nope. Not a rib though. It is still randomly happening.
  8. Hi folks. This morning I had my usual nausea/pain/dizziness crap. During a meeting, I had a strange feeling that something "burst" in my upper right stomach, way up high under the breast on the right side. It literally made me jump. Now there is a ton of pressure there. I am sure you could have seen it move had my shirt been off. I also feel really off...
  9. well I guess really I still have no answers. So I have a neuroendocrine tumor study on Friday and a Celiac disease specialist the day before. I'm sick of always being in pain and nauseous with my heart doing weird s***.
  10. They did not call Fri and he is not in today (nit sure if he was Fri either) so not sure he has even seen the results. I did leave a message with the nurse. What makes me nervous is that he did an endoscopy back in August. The pain I had worsened after and it took 3 weeks for the office to get back to me after calling several times! Finally they did...
  11. Thanks all. Yup, 1:00 am and pain/nausea keeping me awake. Hoping it calms down so I can zzzzzz
  12. I just had an MRCP on Friday. It was to look at ducts in liver/pancreas. So, you know the tech cannot tell you anything but she asked me when my follow up was and I said January. She told me to call the doc Friday or by Monday. I then made a comment about taking pepto and xanax (docs ignored my symptoms a long time and a nurse I had in the hospital would...
  13. That is exactly how mine started! At the tail end of eating gluten again before an endoscopy last year. Same way, waking up in the middle of the night at first. Then it worsened, now better but I get some transient stuff in that arm.
  14. I am a fan of Cayon Bake House gluten-free bread. They sellbit at my Costco and Target. I never liked Udis.
  15. I will look this up. When the ulnar nerve was happening I found some exercises on line that helped. Would be nice tobget my leg back!
  16. My ear pain was from my thyroid. Does your neck hurt?
  17. I had, and still do, have the exact worry. That and the damn pancreas. I, like you, am an anxious mess which only makes it worse for us, and easier for docs to dismiss. Also, I am not overreacting when I say I had some s$#&ty docs. I did not do well on protonix either. Have an abdominal mri, NET scan in the next weak and a celiac specialist. Do...
  18. Lower back pain in the am when I first get up. And I did notice some in the left hip today. Thinking about ditching the heels for awhile to see if that helps. Also my left leg. Dealt with a ton of ulnar nerve issues on that side as well. I bruised the left leg pretty badly awhile ago, but also noticed some pain back when I was running (stopped...
  19. I wish I had the answer. My left leg has been hurting and is now vibrating. I of course worry about a clot, but have a hunch it us nerve related. Is it your extremeties? If I find anything out I will keep you posted. I already take Mag too.
  20. There was just an article on here the other day, forget the title, references stages of celiac damage and inflammation was cited as occurring prior to villi blunting.
  21. TTG can come back positive with other diseases, including liver disease. Not to scare you, it is probably celiac. I have read it happens to a lot of celiacs. Do you know what tests were run? They will do a biopsy. Maybe an abdominal ultrasound as well. My BP dropped as well randomly. I caught it by buying a monitor and checking. I would get episodes...
  22. This is very very cool. Thank you!
