    So, my SIBO breath test was canceled today and rescheduled in a month. This is a test that my celiac specialist wants done. Still no concrete celiac diagnosis. Just duodenitis and some conflicting labs. I'm frustrated because they cancelled it since I had a CT scan done with Dye apparently I'm not supposed to have that 30 days before the breathe test. ...

    Thanks everyone! Rowan13, I use Canyon Bakehouse for bread. They also make a caraway seed. I did buy some cup for cup flour.

    Anyone tried it? Is is safe? I am always afraid gluten-free stuff is not truly gluten-free.

    Tmi....recently, last 2 weeks, I have developed horrible pain before a morning BM. Like bend over in pain. It only last a short while but jesus. This is a new symptom to me. Anyone else?

    Yup, I have a monitor because low blood sugar was suggested. I have never caught it low myself. I will say the horrible near passing out episodes decreased when I stopped working out and are sometimes helped by eating. But they are not entirely gone.     Unfortunately I agree with cycling lady. You may have to get new doctors and new sets of eyes. I think I have had 2 primary cares, 2 cardiologists, 2 gastros, a new celiac specialist gastro, and now working on my second endocrinologist after confirming with a physician informally that the first endocrinologist does not seem like he has the right diagnosis...

    You sound really sick. When my recent endo was done they sampled the small intestine to check for H. Pylori (negative in my case) which can cause issues. Is your diet 100% gluten free? Pills, lotions, and processed gluten-free foods for now? Do you get a yucky taste in your mouth at all? Could be bile reflux. You should talk to a cardiologist...

    Thanks. They did do a colonoscopy and found nothing. A 3 hour sugar test was ok but there was one mildly low number.

So i recently contacted a place We both used to go to when I was eating out and asked them if it would be okay if I brought my own meal and explained the situation. They were totally fine with it. I have also read concern about processed gluten-free foods in general, that they may all contain a trace amount and if you eat enough, they sort of add up.     If you get on any of the traditional dating sites search for people who are into like Natural Foods, healthy alternative Lifestyles etc. You might find some on certain sites that do not have Celiac but eat gluten free for other reasons.     it's funny that you mention Balsamic vinegar. Right before I ended up in the hospital at the end of August I had a bunch of D. I was so messed up one night after cooking dinner I couldn't function for almost 3 weeks. I had all sorts of weird s*** happen then.     So, celiac tests can come back positive in other diseases unfortunately. They can also have similar names. The gliadin test for example, may or may not actually be deamidated gliadin which is reportedly a newer test. If you get a copy of your actual labs, you can google the name of the company and test.
