  1. I have to say that most of the guys bored me that night, I think it was mostly song choice, they were all such low, monotone songs... There were a few guys I liked and they kept my attention. I was able to keep attention to the girls much better. Some of their voices are great.
  2. Last night I missed the first few girls because I was working at the lab until after 8. Of the ones I did see, I liked Gina and Nicole.
  3. That is such a cute cake and very spring like, I am sure you daughter will be so thrilled.

ARCHIVED I Found A New Doctor!

Adelle-glad to hear you found a new Dr. Good Luck!
  5. Thank You This is the first time I have ever had gas appliances and because of Carbon Monoxide I am very paranoid about things. Luckily, the apartment complex is very good about quick repairs. Monday they came in looked at the stove, determined it needed the part, because Caloric no longer makes stoves, they had to go through Amana to get a part and had...
  6. I understand how you feel but believe me it gets better, much better. Just keep with it. I still have days when I want to just cry. There are a lot more positives though about being gluten free, and they outweigh all the gluten filled foods you miss.
  7. I too think Sundance might be going home. We liked the Be-booper or whatever they called him. I also liked the guy with the poofy hair and glasses. I forget their names. I really enjoyed the first singer, I do think it was because of the song. I noticed last night, there was a lot of slow songs. I am hoping the girls will be a little more exciting tonight...
  8. I was formula fed, and I remember my mom telling me she had to scrape change together sometimes, just to buy a can of it.
  9. How many of us here are American Idol fans? This year was the first year John and I got into it, we have always worked 2nd shift up until recently. What did you guys think of last night? It was the top 12 guys? I really liked the last guy, who sang the Edwin Mccain song.
  10. The stove has been repaired, it needed a new gas regulator.
  11. Sorry, don't know how to do polls. I hope someone does. This will be interesting to see.
  12. It could be hemmoroids, even if you are not straining that hard sometimes a small break in the skin can happen. I would keep an eye on the situation and I would also just ask your doctor, just because blood in that area is always a concern. Keep us posted.
  13. I am glad to hear about the diagnosis, finally you have some answers. Good luck on the road to recovery.
  14. I am sorry you came home to this mess. As understanding as John is he still offers me pretzels.... sometimes I think they just don't think.
  15. You have found yourself a keeper! That is great that he is so supportive. It helps the relationship go smoother and it will make you feel much more comfortable around him. I am so happy for you.
  16. I was asked which way my cans faced in my kitchen cabinets....talk about catching me off guard
  17. I saw that commerical for the Immunity drinks? I wonder if they are any good. Dannon is also making another drink for something else, but I only saw the commerical once and now I can't remember what it was for.
  18. I believe Grainless Baker can be shipped too.
  19. Thanks everyone! I am hoping it got fixed or hauled to the curb while I was at work today. After last weeks ice storm the request for repairs is long, my complex is very fast with repairs but for 3 days last week they had to focus on what the storm left so only emergency problems were dealt with. The ice storm really put everything on hold...look at our...
  20. Another update. She is still in the hospital, will not come home today as she had hoped. (she really wants a shower) She is very contagious, my mom is not good with medical jargon so she forgot the name. I believe it is Rotavirus. Carrie feels better, but because I am going through IVF and my other sister is pregnant they suggest we stay away for a few...

    ARCHIVED Outback

Even though I never order veggies, I am glad to hear this just in case I order something different one day. Thanks Carla
  22. I got the ceasar salad, I don't use dressing. The chicken had corn starch, phosphate, salt, sodium. I had a baked potato with cheese and sourcream on the side. I still wouldn't reccomend Applebee's I have had previous bad experiences at other locations, this was the first time I ate at this one (Hershey) It was not at a busy time. They actually wanted...
  23. Update. I did go to lunch and had a good lunch at Applebees...surprise! My coworkers were begging me to go so I gave in. The waitress came and we explained I had allergies and I told her what I wanted. She brought all the packages for what I wanted. I verified the ingredients and ordered. They brought the manager out to meet me and she asked if I needed...
  24. So once again it is someone's birthday and I have decided to stay behind. This coworker has picked Applebee's. We have had discussions before on why I cannot eat at Applebees. In fact, our office decided against going there once because of my allergies. We have many other nicer places to choose from, all that can make me food and not make me sick. Applebees...
  25. She only eats JIF, and thats on occasion, she is not a big Peanut Butter fan. As for celiac, my sisters never showed signs of being sick, but they were also both adopted so they don't carry the same genes as my parents. We all do look very much alike though. I haven't been able to get a hold of her yet this morning, I am hoping she is still sleeping. I...
