    something that I really like, and is so easy, is smoked salmon w/ cream cheese, red onions, and capers (if you feel like it) on rice crackers. I know the crackers are carbs.........but, it's SO tasty and easy and somewhat gourmand.     thanks for the replies! hmmmmm......very interesting. When we moved here, the sod was a few years old (and mighty fine looking, I might add ). AFter they peed all over it for 18 months, I re-soded some ruined areas......and that is when the maniacal digging started.     I loved the House Celiac episode......I didn't have a stomach ache until about the last two years before dx, but was seriously and increasingly depressed (bipolar type II) my whole life......so even though it was a crazy and extreme case on House, I was glad that it dealt with it in a mental sense..... besides, it might have been too boring for House...
