  1. Very well said, Rachel. I have come to believe that many, many people, who are not Celiac, could dramatically benefit from a gluten-free diet. While I, like many of us, am not thrilled by erroneous reports on celiac disease, I think a sizeable portion of the population could see incredible results by eliminating the POISON.
